HOW DO I REGISTER?

There are two important requirements for RTWPC Registration. When you are registered with both entities you will be "completely registered".

STEP #1:
Sign-up with USA Water Polo as a Gold (10u-18u) or Bronze (Splashball) athlete. USAWP is our governing body and covers our national level tournaments and events. This is an annual membership.

This is done online at the USAWP site:

STEP #2:
Sign-up with RTWPC (seasonal membership). This must be done online. The club does not accept cash or checks.

This is done online at the RTWPC registration site:

Only players who have completed both steps of registration will be allowed to practice and participate in tournaments.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

  • The yearly fee for USAWP Gold membership is $78 (10u-18u)

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT AGE GROUP MY ATHLETE IS IN?

  • USA Water Polo determines age group eligibility based on the athleteʼs age as of

August 1st each year. For example, if someone turns 19 on August 2, they will be eligible to play with our 18U age group for Junior Olympics.

  • Certain tournaments will be grade based, rather than year-based. In this case, the USAWP age rules will not apply. The coach will communicate which rosters athletes are placed on.
