CULTURE

ABOVE ALL ELSE

RTWPC strives to create a positive, yet competitive, culture in which our athletes can find success in and out of the pool. RTWPC strongly believes in healthy competition, hard work, and ambition.

Our amazing families and athletes exemplify our objective to create an environment all involved parties can find joy and success within.

RTWPC preaches the importance of coachability, being a student of ones's sport, and being a representative of one's self, family, and club. Sportsmanship is key.
